PA6
nylon (Nylon), Chinese name polyamide, English name Polyamide (referred to as
PA), is the total molecular chain containing repeated amide groups - [NHCO] -
thermoplastic resin collectively.
Nylon
has better ageing resistance and mechanical damping capacity, good sliding
properties, excellent abrasion resistance, good machining performance,
precision for effective control, creeping phenomenon, good wear resistance,
good dimensional stability.
Gear and
parts for corrosion protection equipment. Wear resistant parts, transmission
structural parts, household electrical appliance parts, automobile
manufacturing parts, screw rods, machinery parts, chemical machinery parts,
chemical equipment, etc..
Nylon 6
(white) has good elasticity, high impact strength and high water absorption.
The material has the best comprehensive properties, including mechanical
strength, stiffness and toughness, mechanical shock absorption and wear
resistance. These characteristics, coupled with good electrical insulation and
chemical resistance, make nylon 6 a versatile material for the manufacture of
mechanical, structural, and maintainable components.
Nylon 66
(cream) performance is better than that of nylon 6, high strength, good wear
resistance, compared with nylon 6, nylon 66 mechanical strength, rigidity, heat
resistance and wear resistance, better anti creep properties, but the decrease
of impact strength and mechanical damping performance, very suitable for
automatic lathe machining.
Nylon
610 is similar to nylon 66 but has little water absorption and low stiffness.
Nylon
1010 translucent, water absorption is small, cold resistance is better.
Viscosity
is an important performance index of nylon chips, using Ubbelohde viscometer
measurement of viscosity of nylon with high precision, convenient operation.
